My new favorite spot I've been to pretty much all the hand car washes around New Haven West Haven and Hamden but this one right here they really did a great job and I got the cheapest one the $10 basic and they did a better job than some other places that charge you $20 and $30 for everything I will recommend this place to everyone try it out at least once you will not be disappoint

5 bucks they wipe your car down good. FANTASTIC odor comin from the area.... think I even caught a glimpse of the Ultimate Hand herself. Prefer to treat the shuffle rod on my '68 Pontiac Bruiser GL with a custom Nighthawk Brand Land of the Free Home of the Brave WetDry Epoxy which they had to order from th warehouse.... 3 hours not bad wait played Sodoku and ordered a Steamin' Dave's Prestige Platter from Illiano's— they let me eat instore!! Bahamas!!!!!!

This place is incredible. The staff are all incredibly hard working, respectful, and have a high attention for detail. Hands down the best car wash I’ve ever been to!

Best car wash in West Haven area! Friendly, professional workers and a great price for the service and they do a great job even on the $10 outside only wash. I highly recommend this car wash!

Ultimate Hand Carwash speaks for itself!!! Friendly, fast, efficient, excellent hard working exemplary service. Caring and everyone pays attention to your vehicle. I didn't know my credit card was between my seat and the console and they discovered it and gave it to me. I am so thankful for this great service and honesty. Thank you thank you thank . I asked them not to use pressure hose use regular and had no problem with it good service will go again when I'm back in town thank you .

I just bought a filthy car from a heavy smoking construction worker. These guys did the impossible and made it look brand new. Incredible detail for the value.

This place is great - for as busy as they always are, they still get cars through quickly while making sure to give care to each car’s washing. The manager Carlos is always there, friendly as can be, and willing to work with you or fix any issue you might have had with a smile. For as neglected as my car was inside and out, the price was worth it and I felt no regrets about tipping (standard car wash including interior, not a detail). Will definitely come back regularly and have no fears asking for any specifics I am looking for, or addressing any potential issue as management will handle it accordingly.
